Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds or returns. However, we are happy to exchange items in the rare event of damage or issues caused by us. In such cases, we will also bear the shipping costs for the exchange.

Note:
Exchange does not apply to products purchased during a sale.

Exchange Policy:
At Brand Moonstruck, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 3-day exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for an exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

You must provide an unboxing video and images as proof of the issue. This is mandatory and helps us verify and resolve the matter efficiently.

If your exchange request is approved, you will be responsible for the shipping cost, which will be 150 Rs per product to return the product to us.

Damages or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will review the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it promptly.
