What’s the status of my order? 

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on "Track your order" and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

 Do you have a "Gift Voucher" option?

Sorry, we don’t offer a gift voucher option yet. 

 

How do I know which size will fit me best?

The size guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your size at our website. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to our Customer care team. Please include your bust, waist, and high hip/low hip measurements with your note and we’ll help you out. Some garments differ in fit, to see the exact fit of the garment, please refer to our size chart.

What if I need to change or cancel my order? 

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. We process orders super fast, and once an order ships we’re unable to cancel it. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to Customer care team right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out! Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery. If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact Customer care team right away. 


Can I order a custom dress? 

We aim to make you happy, and we would at-least love to try to make that happen! Call us or WhatsApp us at +91 - 9636211112 with your query. Also, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about our current collection — we can offer recommendations and hopefully find you something you would love! 

I have a promotional or a discount code, how do I use it for an online purchase?

Once you have selected a product you want to buy, you will be directed to your bag, on the left you will be able to put in your promotional code and avail your special discount. 

Can I return Final Sale items? 

All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund or online credit in the form of an e-gift card, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. If you send a "Final Sale" item back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. Once received at our warehouse, any final sale return will automatically be shipped back to you. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. If you have questions, contact Customer Love before placing your order. 

 
How fast is your shipping? 

Most of our orders are shipped within 2-6days of purchase from our warehouse. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays. 

What is your online return policy? 

For online orders, we accept goods in new condition with original tags and packaging for an exchange only. There’s no cash refund on any Moonstruck product. In case of an exchange, the product will be checked for its original packaging and condition. You have 2 calendar days from the delivery date to postmark your items for exchange. Please return the goods you buy online through our easy online exchange process. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer unless there has been a goof up from our side! Moonstruck monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our exchange policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

What if my return is late? 

We check the shipping date from your end. If the shipping date exceeds the 2 days return period, the product is not eligible for an exchange. 

What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color? 

If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full credit and place a new order.
