We welcome your exchanges as we feel garments show your attitude, for exchange kindly read all following points carefully:
- If you face any size issues with the product delivered, then you need to mail us at email@example.com or send us a text on +91-9636211112 within 24 Hours from the date of delivery of the product and we will exchange your product with a customised size.
- You can request for a return pickup for the order but there will be a charge of 300 INRon post delivered parcels within 24 hours from the delivery date. In case of any holiday like Sunday or national holidays we do consider them as an exception.
- We do not have a REFUND Policy
- All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable and exchanges are taken only once.
- After a return/exchange request is placed a courier executive will be appointed to collect the parcel (which should contain the entire product as delivered), as soon as the parcel is received at the warehouse we will make a QC and post QC we will issue exchange.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's Worn, Damaged, Washed or Altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without checking with us first.
- In case of any discrepancy in the Parcel at the time of delivery, kindly do not accept the parcel and convey the same to the customer care executive of Moonstruck. We will handle the case and find the best solution for you.
- Any exchange request on social media will not be entertained (facebook, facebook messenger, instagram, etc)
- Our product undergoes a high QC and we ensure the products without any defect before we deliver them. Still if the you find it defective, in that case we can offer an exchange. (NO REFUND).
- If there is any discrepancy in the colour of the product from the product ordered, in that case we can offer an exchange but the customer has to inform us within a duration of 24 hours .
We accept exchanges only in case of wrong, damaged or defective product delivered.
Customisation- Customisation will only be accepted on prepaid orders.
Cancellation- Customer has to inform us on firstname.lastname@example.org or text +91-9636211112 in 24 hours after placing the order.
- Validity of coupon code is 30 days and is non extendable.
- In case of product bought via Coupon code, these garments are not eligible for exchanges and returns.
