Know your store's EXCHANGE or RETURN policy. we created this for relaxation in your mind and to keep your focus on selecting the best style that looks good on you. Your satisfaction is our belief.
- Size matters: Each garment we deliver you must be a good fit to you, so we request if you feel your body type is differing with the size chart we provided, feel free to mark notes while placing your order, we shall try to get best fit for you, but please note changing the size of garment from our standard size requires a prepaid order. Garment you received isn't a good fit for you, please feel free to communicate us by mail at crm@maadees.com or Whatsapp on http://wa.me/+919636211112 (It's clickable Link will open your Whats app app) at earliest in 24-48 Hours from the date of delivery of the product, team will be happy to help you for exchange your product with a customised size.
- Sunday & National Holidays are non-working hours for our support team, so please be relaxed if you don't get a reply on these days. After dropping a message, our team will respond to you at the earliest for sure.
- Placed Return request: Once return/exchange request is placed it's assigned to our logistics partner to collect the parcel (we request you to please deliver entire product as received by you, logistic partner are supposed to take photograph of the product while pickup), as soon as the parcel is received in the warehouse team does a QC like any worn, damaged, washed, altered, any spots, tags of garment or such things, post QC issuing exchange is automatic process and shipped within 24 working hours. Please hand over the original packaging of the garment.

Hassle-free pickups: Return pickup will be initiated for the order by the Moonstruck team. We have a policy to charge for pickup(1. If the customer returns 1 Garment, the charge is 150.00 INR
2. If the customer returns 2 garments, the charges are 300.00 INR
3. If the customer returns more than 2 garments, charges are 150.00INR per garment, and redelivery of the product. In such cases, your sizes may be requested by the support team for better fitment of the garment on your body.
In case of damaged/defective products, no charges will be levied.
- Store Credits: We value your investment on styles, so in case you feel the styles you received are not workable on your body, we provide store credits with a validity of three months and extendable for another month on request. Honouring any REFUND request is a big trouble to serve you in a better way. Please respect your investment in your attitude.
- Products purchased against Coupon code/Store Credit are not applicable for exchange or return. We request you to kindly check the size and ask our representative to guide you with any queries.
- Direct Return: Always feel free to communicate with the team for returns, as it may put you in trouble for your effort of direct returning without communicating with the team. Our experience says such a parcel may be lost or damaged, or not linked to your order ID. We respect your investment and are always happy to help you.
- Tempered or open parcel: In case the Parcel you are receiving is tempered or in open condition at the time of delivery, kindly do not accept the parcel Can take a photograph of the same and convey the same to the customer care executive of Moonstruck. We will handle the case and find the best solution for you.
- Where to request returns: Please use our mail/WhatsApp provided above, posting a return/exchange request on social media creates a bad repo for you in public, and the request remains unsolved as the concerned team doesn't have access to these (Facebook, Facebook messenger, Instagram, etc)
- Human Errors in QC: All product undergoes a high QC, and we ensure the products are without any defects before we deliver them. If you receive a defective garment, feel free to communicate team on the provided mail/WhatsApp, we value your investment and you shall get an exchange for the same with INR200 store credits for your next purchases.
- Products differing with picture: Sometimes, times color of the garment you may feel different, this is due to highlighting during the photoshoot. Still, if you feel the garment differs from the picture shown on the website, feel free to communicate with the team; return/exchange can be initiated.
- Customisation- Different body types need customisation of the garment. We value your needs and wish you would look fabulous in the styles of Moonstruck. Please place a prepaid order with sizes and notes in the notes section while placing the order.

Cancellation- Changed your mind for a different style, no worry, please communicate with us on crm@maadees.com or Whatsapp http://wa.me/+919636211112 (It's a clickable Link that will open in your WhatsApp app) within 24 hours after placing the order. It will save your time.

- Preset validity of coupon code is 30 days (one month), but no worries, your investment is safe and it's extendable for another month upon your request.
