What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Can I return Final Sale items?
All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund or online credit in the form of an e-gift card, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. If you send a "Final Sale" item back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. Once received at our warehouse, any final sale return will automatically be shipped back to you. Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
- We only accept returns postmarked within 48 hrs. from the delivery date.
- Orders must be delivered.
- The address of the recipient must be in India.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s Worn, Damaged, Washed or Altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- We do not offer Return Pick Up service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be done by CUSTOMER.
- Incase of WRONG & DAMAGED Product Pick Up will be Done by Our Courier Partner.
- Return/Exchange will be processed within 10 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued ONLY as a Promo Code/Coupon Code.
